All of our personalised products are made to order, especially for you! The process involves several steps, and generally takes 4 weeks for your finished order to be despatched. Please allow shipping/postage time to recieve your products.
All printed fabric is modified for each order off a master design. If you request a custom design, any of the original designs can be modififed or a new design can be created from scratch to suit your needs.
Please keep in mind that all graphic previews are representaional only, the printed colours may vary from the prints on screen. This is particuarly true with shades of pink, grey and brown. For cotton prints that have a white base, these also may vary. Fabric can change slightly during the setting and washing process. It may vary from a blue/white background, to a creamy white background depending on the colours in your particular print.
If you have requested a preview, this will be sent via email within 1 week of placing your order.
Postage and Shipping within Australia
All parcels within Australia are sent with eParcel standard post. This can take 3-5 days for delivery from desptach. eParcel domestic postage includes full tracking and signature on delivery. To ensure extra peace of mind, each customer is directly contacted upon despatch with tracking and delivery details. You will be able to track your parcel every step of the way!
Using tracking services on all domestic services means that your parcel will be accounted for. It is very rare/unlikely that an item goes ‘missing’, but in the case an undelivered item/parcel, this is the procedure:
- After a reasonable devilry timeframe has passed (between 7-10 business days is recommended), an enquiry will be lodged to investigate.
- Australia Post investigations are generally quite fast, but some can take up to 10 business days. After this time, if your order is not delivered, found or returned to either the sender or the recipient, the items will be replaced or refunded.
We offer international shipping upon request only. Please contact email@example.com for an international postage quote. If you decide to go ahead with a shipping, the most economic shipping method is Airmail. Please keep in mind, this DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING. We can show proof of shipping via a consignment number, any issues with delviery will need to be addressed with the local postal service. If you are concerned about the safety of a particular country or delivery address, we can upgrade the postage to include insurance/registration. Please email for a quote.
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
